What sets us apart is that the neurology care doesn’t end with the hospitalization. If our patients are discharged to select rehab facilities, our nurse practitioner can follow the patient in rehab. After our patient’s go home, we have a comprehensive clinic to see our patients for outpatient follow up. Patients usually see the same doctor in our clinic that was taking care of them in the hospital.

If patients established to our practice are hospitalized at Rockledge Regional Medical Center, a doctor from our practice who knows details of the patient’s history is available to see our patients.
